The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is building good relationships. I want to have fun with them, getting dirty outside, reading good books, and exploring all sorts of new things! Beyond this, there is also a level of respect and trust. I want to be their friend, but my job is to keep them safe, and I want them to know that I will keep them accountable because I love them.
Additionally, housekeeping is a default for me! I want to make sure home stays homey, and that means away with the pile of dishes! My goal is to always have the house at least 75% better than I found it, and I am more than happy to do laundry, deep clean a room, or even make dinner on occasion!
