I’m 17 years old with love for kids and animals! I have over 5 years of experience (unpaid work, volunteering and personal) caring for kids of all ages except infants, however I am not against caring for infants! I simply don’t have experience with that but I am open to being taught. I believe in open communication with parents and focus on each child's unique interests and needs. I have experience caring for special needs children and have no concerns with continuing to do so! I am a good listener and quick learner who is open to doing extra for the job. I need a job to care for myself as my parents have to spend money on my disabled sister. I struggle with being around people closer to my age, so I love to be around kids and it is where I feel most comfortable. I'm comfortable with pets, cooking, chores, and helping with homework.
