"Michaela (aka "Lala") has been with our family for 2.5 years and we don't know how we'll function without her when we say goodbye in May (we decided it is a good time to transition to preschool after summer travels are finished). Our twins were 6 months old when she started and, not only has she been 100% reliable, she has provided our kids with such amazing adventures, growth & learning, and so much love! From painting/reading/cooking to hike/beach/playground/museum adventures, she has kept them busy & engaged from the time they were infants, while also having low-key snuggle days when needed. She juggled 2 infants and now toddlers with ease and is one of the most patient people I've ever met. We feel so, so fortunate to have had her as a consistent presence in our kids' lives and are looking forward to having her back as a babysitter when her full-time care with us is finished. We are going to miss her SO much and any family will be so lucky to have her join their lives!"
