Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I started lightly babysitting around the age of 10 for a family in my neighborhood, I helped the mom while she worked from home. I stayed with the family until I went off to college. I was a Nanny for their 3 girls for a collective of almost 5 years. During my time, the girls were from the ages of infant-13. Along with being a Nanny, I also did light housekeeping, running errands, driving the children to/from school and extra activities.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
It depends on the child’s age, but I love creative and engaging activities. With younger children, I enjoy reading, sensory play and music and play that helps develop motor skills. With older kids, I like playing outside when possible, going to the park, and doing creative activities that encourage imagination and movement.

The most important part of being a nanny to me is building a bond with the family and creating a safe, loving and fun environment for the children.

The most important part about being a nanny...
I have so many but one of my favorite moment was when I was an Au Pair in Australia and in the mornings before taking the kids to school, we would go to the beach and the two boys would surf and the girl and I would build sand castles! It was so crazy to me that those were normal mornings to them & I really cherish those moments.
