She got down on his level, addressed him with respect, and seemed to get him right away.  My husband and I also liked her immediately. She is warm, kind, funny, easygoing, and a joy to be around. Everyone (kids, parents, other nannies) loves Patzy. She's the best!  In her time with us, Patzy has helped us figure out a routine, transition to one nap, work on sleep issues, and feed our son healthy snacks and meals. She helped establish a daily playgroup for our son with local kids who are now his best buds.  When some of those kids left to start school, she went out into the neighborhood, chatted people up, and made our son *new* friends to hang with during the day. So good! Our son is now ready for preschool and we are so sad to give up our full time schedule with Patzy. She undoubtedly helped us get to this point and we are so grateful.
