I did part time weekend and evening jobs through Preferred Childcare (childcare agency) from August 2017 until the onset of Covid around March 2020 when everything started shutting down. These jobs included childcare at churches, a country club and in people’s homes. I cared for children ranging in age from a couple months old through pre-teen.

I like outdoor play, taking them to baby friendly activities (music class, libraries, parks and such), playing toys with them and reading.

Back before Covid started, the parents of the little boy I nanny had passes to the local children’s museums. One had an outdoor animal park, as well as some indoor animals. I loved taking him there and looking at the various animals. We even got to pet a turtle one day during a special presentation they had, which was so fun!
