The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny is understanding children. Their necessary schedules, the food habits, and understanding how to motivate and encourage children's curious nature and wonderment of the world.
Another important part is recognizing the parents' goal for hiring help.
My experience with special needs children...
I have cared for special needs children that have:
- Mental/Emotional outbreaks
- Physical dependence (canes, wheelchairs)
- Speech Impaired (mute, or limited conversing abilities)
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moments are when the children and I listen to music from a movie soundtrack and jam out.. I have a playlist curated for kids, with music from movies like Home, The Greatest Showman, Moana, and the Incredibles!
