Hi! My name is Sandy and I was a special education teacher for over 18 years. I have a Master's degree in special education and most of my experience is at the elementary school level. I have an autoimmune disease and am currently looking to work with a family to help their child/children with any educational needs either in their home or at my home. I am trying to minimize the number of people I come in contact with during this time of Covid pandemic, and am looking for a family with minimal contact to others as well. I have always created a very loving and nurturing environment within my classroom and would love to bring my passion for teaching and love for children together and help a family out during these challenging times. I love animals, so a family that has pets will not be a problem.
