I love working with kids because it shows me that there is a brighter side to life. I have always had a passion for giving and I don't require much in return.

I have taken care of my younger siblings so in that aspect I have been doing this since I was born. I hope to become a mom one day if life permits. I am cpr/first aid certified. I am currently studying online for a certification in interior design.

In my spare time, I like to watch tv, paint and draw as well as taking care of my two kittens. At home my mom has 11 shih tzu's so I am a huge dog lover and I have 4 cats so I am also a cat lover.

I am willing to help with cleaning, doing laundry, meal prepping. I do share a car with my husband, however we usually would not overlap with hours.

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

For Veteran’s Day week I volunteered to watch around 10 children for a few hours while their parents got to enjoy a night of dancing and appreciation. It was an amazing experience and honestly something I hope to do again soon.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love going to the park, going swimming. I do have a good bit of teaching experience, not professionally but I have had to do homeschool with a few families and it has helped significantly in developing young minds. One of my favorite things to do with kids in my care is dress up because it always makes them so happy. Letting them do my makeup or even having a dance party. I love to read books as well as watch movies and even painting. Truthfully, I can adapt to anything the children in my care like.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Making the children happy and safe but also bringing peace to the parents. Having someone you can trust to take care of your kids is a hard thing to find but once you do it changes your life. There is nothing that makes me happier and I would do this job for free if I didn’t have bills because making people happy is what I feel my purpose in life is.

The most important part about being a nanny...

There was this one family I baby sat for on weekends and they had a son, for privacy reasons I won’t share his name. He was very shy and quiet. The day he opened up to me was one I will never forget. He used to smile at random funny noises, like the sound of a bottle when you crush it or the sound of wet shoes on dry floors. I decided to come up with a plan to have him make funny noises with me so I bought this music set but it wasn’t music just a bunch of random noises like a door closing or splashing in the water. We made a song together and from that day on he was never shy with me again. It was meaningful and probably the best experience I have ever had in working with children.
