More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I frequently babysit my younger cousins, who range in age from 5 to 10. I also completed a babysitting course through UCSB, where I learned important childcare and safety skills. When I'm babysitting, I enjoy keeping kids engaged with games, crafts, reading, outdoor activities, and helping with homework while making sure they have a fun, safe, and positive experience.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy playing outdoor games, doing arts and crafts, reading stories, baking simple treats, helping with homework, playing board games, building with LEGO, going to the park, and coming up with fun, age-appropriate activities that keep children engaged, active, and having fun.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part about being a nanny is creating a safe, caring, and positive environment where children feel comfortable being themselves. I believe it’s important to be patient, responsible, and engaged while building trust with both the children and their families. A great nanny is someone who not only keeps kids safe but also helps them learn, grow, and have fun.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite babysitting memories was turning a rainy afternoon with my younger cousins into a "camping adventure" inside the house. We built blanket forts, had a picnic with snacks, read stories with flashlights, and made up our own games. Watching them laugh, use their imaginations, and have so much fun reminded me that the best part of babysitting is creating moments they'll remember while making sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for.
