As I said in my about me I have experience babysitting for kids including my two younger siblings (ages 6-16), two younger elementary girls, and have been an assistant at many local events and productions in my town where my primary job was to engage with and keep a watchful eye on young children.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
As I enjoy reading in my own time I love to help kids see reading as something to enjoy too. This includes taking them to the library to find books they will enjoy, reading books with them so they can discuss it with me, reading to children, etc.
I also enjoy finding activities to teach babies and toddlers about their environment and give them new experiences.
Taking kids to the park, pool, or other outdoor activities to help them get their energy out and meet other kids.
Playing in various ways with kids such as imaginative play, games/sports, or whatever other things I can participate in to build bonds with them.
Drawing, painting, or anything art related I would love to help observe or participate in.

Helping kids find things they enjoy while also helping them experience new things. There are a lot of different things to focus on at different ages, but a lot of it boils down to the idea that kids are learning to be a person and my goal is to help them be a good one. Find enjoyment in life and be mindful of others but also have self worth. These are the things I aim to imprint.
The most important part about being a nanny...
When one of the younger girls I watched showed me a comic strip she was making about one of the shows she loved I was amazed. She had always been very shy and I was happy she liked me enough to share. We colored in her strip together while we talked about her story and I just remember how proud she was when I told her how impressive it was.
