My wife and I work from home. We have a 3 month old that we want to stay at home rather than go to daycare. We just want someone to come in and help keep an eye on here from about 8:30 to 3:00 during the week. For now she'll be sleeping about half the time but we just want someone to engage with her as she starts her learning and world exploration (even though it's mostly just from her back and stomach). We'll both be available quite a bit through out the day for any support but mainly need help during those times while we both have meetings and are working.
Tammi is very sweet so far and not much of a crier. We also have 3 very friendly dogs that can be engaged with or left alone, they like to hang out with us in our offices as well so they are available for play when desired but we don't need them to be watched after other than to not be bothering Tammi too much.

I’m a working mom in education and my husband works with cars. We are in need of someone to love and care for our two kids (son who is 3 and almost 2 year old daughter), while we are away at work. We would need someone from 7am until 3:30/4pm, Monday through Friday with the exceptions of school closures, as Mom would be home. My son attends preschool three days a week, so it would just be my daughter every day and my son Tuesdays and Thursdays. Their day includes lots of pretend play, reading, arts and crafts, adventures out in the yard, and enjoying a movie occasionally.
