We are expecting our 3rd child sometime in June 2023. We have a two-year-old who will be 2 and a 1/2 in June, in a 9 month old who will be one in June. The two-year-old goes to daycare and will need to be dropped off by 9 AM and the 9 month old stays home with us. We are in need of an nanny who can be on call if labor starts sporadically, however I most likely will be induced so we will have a plan in place for that. When we go to the hospital we will need someone who can stay overnight with the kids and continue onward with the kids schedule. When we come home we will need a normal schedule to resume which would be Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 12 PM or 1 PM at the latest just for about 1 to 2 weeks depending. This is a temporary position that we would like to turn into a babysitter situation but if that doesn't double it's not a deal breaker.
