A little bit about us

We’re a McKinney family looking for a full-time nanny for our two kids starting around May 11. Our 3-year-old is curious, active, and currently potty training, and our 10-month-old is a happy, easygoing baby. We also have a friendly mini goldendoodle who’ll be your sidekick.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM (40 hrs/week)

Pay: $18–$26/hr, based on experience.

Both parents work from home but stay out of the way during the day — we need someone who can confidently take the lead, plan engaging activities, and run the day independently. Our older one may have occasional preschool or summer activities, but you should be comfortable caring for both kids together as the default.

What the day looks like: active play, outings to parks/library/storytime, meals and snacks, naps, and supporting our 3-year-old through potty training. Light child-related tasks during downtime — kids’ laundry, tidying play areas, bottle prep.

We’re looking for someone who is:
• Warm, engaging, and proactive
• Structured and developmentally minded
• Comfortable driving kids to outings (reliable car required)
• CPR/First Aid certified
• Comfortable with dogs
• A non-smoker
