We're looking for someone reliable and with great communication skills, who has the energy and patience to keep up with a toddler. Our top priority is finding someone who can actively engage with our son throughout the day, and someone who prioritizes safety and supervision.
Major Job Responsibilities:
Engaging in age-appropriate activities, playtime, outdoor time, & early learning
Maintaining his daily routine
Changing diapers
Feeding snacks and lunch
Putting down for naptime
Light cleaning and tidying throughout the day (after meals, playtime, etc.)
Hours & Benefits:
Hours are Monday: 9 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday: 9 AM to 5 PM and Friday: 9 AM - 12 PM
Total of 17 guaranteed hours a week
1 hour lunch and breaks
Optional W-2, tax withholding, and weekly payroll
PTO (2 days of PTO every 3 months)
Major holidays as paid days off
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
Be reliable and have good communication skills
Have paid experience with toddlers
Provide a résumé and at least two relevant references
Provide proof of CPR certification
High school graduate (at minimum)
English proficiency
Non-smoker and physically able to care for and keep up with a young child
Fully vaccinated
Able to commit to this schedule long term
Have reliable transportation to commute to our home
