What You’ll Do:
Tailored Twin Care: Promote individual growth while fostering sibling bonding through fair, loving routines.
Design Meaningful Learning: Lead creative, sensory-rich, Montessori- or Waldorf-based lessons with focuses on literacy, self-regulation, music, motor skills, mindfulness, and cooking.
Keep the Rhythm: Maintain structured routines (meals, naps, potty, bedtime), even across time zones; prep organic, clean meals.
Travel-Ready Learning: Set up calm, mobile-friendly spaces and educational kits; handle laundry, packing, and light travel-related tasks.
Nurture Emotional Growth: Use gentle parenting and positive discipline to build resilience, gratitude, and independence. Track and share milestones.
You Bring:
3+ years in early childhood care (toddler/twin experience preferred), 1+ year of teaching
Training in Waldorf or Montessori methods
Fluent English & Spanish (other languages a plus)
