We are looking for an active, caring part time nanny for our 2 kids, ages 5 and 3. The kids love to play, read, draw, they LOVE being outside, biking, scooting, running. The kids have had the same caregiver for 3 years, we are in search of another long term, nurturing relationship. Our older one will be starting Kindergarten, younger one in 3-day preschool. Kindergarten is starting remotely. We are looking for 15-20 hours, job would include pick ups and drop offs. Schedule can be discussed in more detail to determine best fit. Our oldest has severe food allergies, we must have a caregiver who understands the severity and helps manage the allergies based on our guidance. There is an option to add 5-10hrs with another family, if the right fit.

Hi!

We are an established nanny share in West Seattle with two super sweet toddlers.

We are looking for a nanny for a full time (8-5) position starting December 1 and continuing through at least Summer 2021.

Our ideal nanny is very caring as both kids love their people. They also enjoy lots of engagement—hands on play and interaction is a must.

Thank you for taking the time—we look forward to hearing from you!
The Shanks Family
Fairmount Park, Seattle$30/hr  |  1 kid
We are two families in West Seattle, looking for an experienced and friendly nanny to care for our babies (6m old girl and 7m old boy).

We are looking for someone who has infant nanny share experience and enjoys helping the babies meet their milestones.

We are looking for childcare from 8am-4pm M-F. The care will take place at the same home everyday. Duties include: feeding, playing, washing bottles and tidying the childcare area. We’d love for someone to make recommendations to both sets of parents base on observing their child’s needs. We are looking for someone interested in a year long contract.

In terms of Covid-19, we will require our nanny to follow the CDC guidelines and limit their “bubble” to reduce exposure to our families and we will do the same. Due to this, you must have your own private mode of transportation.

Please reach out if you’d be a good match!

Hi Nannies!
We are two families in Shoreline (Richmond Beach), seeking a caring, responsible and experienced nanny for a long term (ideally 2-3 years) nanny share starting in late October with one family and sharing with a second family starting in December.

Pay: $22 - 27/ hour DOE, 1 year contract at a time
Includes: Paid holidays, vacations, sick time, healthcare stipend, great outdoor space and close to parks and trails (once they open)

Pets: One household has an Australian Shepherd and one has a Lab mix, so must be dog friendly.

Families: Both families are first-time parents and at least one if not both parents from each family will be working from home through January due to Covid. Both families really enjoy getting outside, enjoying delicious food and spending time together as a family. Our hope is that our nanny will share these same values and engage with the children in a way that encourages this, really becoming a part of our family as we nurture and raise our children. We value open communication and flexibility.

Primary responsibilities: Feeding babies, keeping them on a schedule, taking them on walks, age appropriate play/engagement, cleaning up after babies

Job requirements: We have been following social distancing / mask wearing / COVID guidelines and will continue to do so and would like to hire someone who is doing the same. We consider a nanny to be an extension of our family and are looking for a long-term relationship. We are looking for someone who loves children and is mature, reliable, trustworthy, and punctual.

Must have a driver's license, reliable transportation, a background check and infant CPR certification. Two plus years of experience and an interest in/educational background in early childhood development preferred.
