A little bit about us

We are seeking a fun, positive, energetic part-time nanny for our smart, active 3-year-old daughter. We are looking for someone to do an hour or so of light housework each afternoon, then pick our daughter up and take care of her from around 3. 30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Regular schedule would therefore be from 2. 30 to 6, Monday to Friday with one date night per week finishing at 8. 30/9. Ideally, we'd love to find someone who is happy with 15-20 hours on a regular basis, but flexible to work full-time hours during school breaks or if M needs to stay home with a cold. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke and is fully vaccinated (including annual Covid and flu). We will offer guaranteed hours to the ideal candidate, as well as paid leave and opportunities to travel.

Nanny For Curious, Spirited 3-Year-Old In Ballard

We're a family of four in Ballard looking for a warm, flexible, and energetic nanny to care for our son, 3, weekdays from (at least) 9am-3:30 p.m. Hours are flexible based on approach and the right fit.

M is a bright, intense, curious boy who loves books, tools, cooking, and painting. He does best with adults who follow his lead, give him real choices, and find his intensity interesting rather than exhausting. He is neurodivergent and is working with an occupational therapist. He thrives in flexible, low-pressure environments with one consistent adult who is truly present with him.

You'll be paired primarily with our son while our family's other caregiver (Grandma!) focuses on his younger sister. This is a true tag-team setup and were hoping to add to our crew with the right fit - warm, patient, collaborative.

Looking for someone willing to execute a provided curriculum and report back on whats working. We are actively investing in M's early social-emotional education and he is a voracious learner in need of someone who actively fuels that little brain.

A little bit about us

Hi Seattle nannies! I’m searching for a full-time nanny for my 2 year old daughter (L), and son (W) who will be 4 months old around the desired start date. Your top priority will be ensuring their safety and well-being while also cultivating a secure, nurturing environment. I value honesty, communication, reliability, patience, kindness, and playfulness.

Schedule: 5 days per week, 43 hours guaranteed (Mon-Thu 7:45am-4:30pm, Fri 8:00am-4:00pm). Full-time start date August 17th, part-time Mon/Wed available immediately. Open to nanny share.

Compensation: $34-$37/hour DOE (non-nanny share rate), guaranteed hours, paid time off, paid sick leave, paid federal holidays, mileage reimbursement, and legal household employment via payroll service.

I’m a solo mom by choice raising L and W, with the loving support of my mom. L is a joyful and energetic toddler who loves walks, hanging at the park and library, music class, coloring, and casual conversation. At 2 months old, W is a pretty chill baby potato who loves contact naps and staring at his sister.

I work in project management on a hybrid schedule, with some hours worked at home each day. My home is a cozy bungalow with my office in the basement, and I will do everything I can to respect your workspace when I’m home, but some overlap in common areas is inevitable. L is used to this and handles it well.

I have two cats and one dog. You will not be responsible for pet care, but the animals will be hanging around throughout the day, and L and W should be monitored when around them for safety.

A little bit about us

Hi families!
My husband, Finn Andersen, and I are looking for another family in the Greenwood/Crown Hill/Greenlake/Ballard/Fremont area to nanny share with beginning ideally mid February. Our daughter will be 3 months old at that time, and we are looking for 40 hours of coverage per week. We are willing to either split homes or host full time.
A little about us:
-Eloise is our second child, and her hobbies include giggling, eating, and crying to get out of tummy time. She is great at all three.
-Her sister is turning 2 in early 2025, and is an existing nanny share that we do not want to break her from
-Finn and I both work in tech sales - both from home
-Our hobbies have not changed much since having our girls: we love an early dinner in Ballard, walking to nearby breweries, and spending time with our awesome families who live in the area.
Hopefully a little about your family:
-You are a safety continuous family: everyone in the house is up to date on their vaccines
-You are looking for a nanny to start somewhere between February and March
-Your child is within a month or two of our child
