We are parents looking for a reliable, nurturing Full-Time Nanny / Mother’s Helper to support our family. We are seeking an individual who is willing to travel to the Factoria area (near Factoria Mall) in Bellevue.
Environment: Mom generally works from home and will be present in the house during shifts.
What We’re Looking For
Focused Attention: We need someone who is highly interactive and dedicated to giving our baby one-on-one focused attention throughout the day.
Developmental Support: We are looking for someone truly engaged in early childhood and skills development. You should be excited to actively support and encourage milestones like sitting, crawling, and language development.
Active Engagement: Our baby is 8+ months and very high-energy! We want a helper who brings energy and enthusiasm to playtime and learning.
Comprehensive Household Support: We need a proactive individual who is able to maintain a clean and tidy house throughout as time permits. This includes general light chores to keep the home running smoothly, such as dishes, laundry, and ensuring common spaces remain organized and clean.
Clear & Reliable Communication: Highly responsive and maintains firm commitments. Fluency in English is a priority for verbal interaction and professional communication over text.
Requirements
Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable, working car.
Experience: Proven experience with infants 8 months and older.
Fluency: Fluency in English (both speaking and texting).
Certifications: Infant CPR certification.
Professionalism: Professional references and a background check required.

We are looking for part-time nanny from 7am to 9am M-F, morning routine and school drop off.
As our nanny, we expect you to be an important part of our family, helping with the daily routine of our home. Specific duties will include diaper changing, meal preparation, educational activities, outdoor playtime, and putting him down for naps. We also expect the your help with some light housekeeping, such as tidying up after the child, doing his laundry, and helping with meal preparation. A driver's license is a plus in case of emergency or schedule conflicts.
