Looking for someone part-time in the fall, from 12pm-3pm or 4pm Monday-Friday, with the possibility of a few full days if the right person is interested in additional hours. I would pick the kids up from preschool and would hope the nanny would engage in activities with them throughout the afternoon both inside and outside.

Candidates must be effective communicators, proactive, reliable, up to date on vaccines, CPR/First Aid Certified, hold a valid license, clean driving record, and have reliable transportation, and be comfortable with large dogs as we have two friendly pups in the home.
Duties include taking excellent care of little one by changing diapers, making sure he's clean, getting him dressed, putting him down for naps, singing/dancing/playing with him, taking him on walks and to the park, taking him to scheduled activities (the Little Gym, story time at the library, the Children's Museum play hour, and the Community Center toddler play class, etc.), feeding lunch and snacks, cleaning up after him during independent play or naps (picking up after him/straightening and wiping down toys as needed, rinsing and putting his bottles/plates/cuttlery into the dishwasher, folding and putting away his clothes, etc.), and working collaboratively with mom to plan his day to keep him happy and engaged.
The position is part-time (20-25 hours per week) and includes 3 weeks of PTO, 6 paid holidays, a $500/year allowance for professional development courses, and potential discretionary annual bonus.
Bonus points if you're open to an occasional/temporary nanny share. This isn't a requirement of the position, but Mom's closest friend would from time to time happily pay to nanny share as needed. Compensation during any share hours would be at or above market rates for a nanny share.
