A little bit about us

Looking for a share for my 1.5yo daughter & occasionally also my 5yo son, such as on days when he has no school or occasional support before school.
Daughter is very social, loves music and dancing, and wants to do everything we are doing.
We do have a dog in our home & are willing to host.
Must have compatible parenting/child-raising approaches (empathetic with firm boundary setting).
Would love a daily routine — stories at 9:30, outdoor play at 10, lunch at 11:30, nap at 12, etc. (not this exact schedule, but something along these lines).
Interested in a focus on teaching social skills — caring for others, being kind, taking turns.
Would love to see a weekly schedule take shape — cooking project Tuesdays? Hiking Wednesdays?
Bonus: a family who is willing to host in both homes.

A little bit about us

We currently have a sitter that we use periodically but we need someone who has availability earlier in the day. Around noon for a couple of hours. We’d also like someone who’s available in the evenings (late) for date nights maybe twice a month. We like to see movies so it will depend if there’s a good movie out 😂
Our two girls are ages 6 & 5.
Our oldest is non-verbal and has autism.
Our youngest is full of energy and personality.

To start out, I would be present in the home while you’re watching the girls. This will be best for everyone due to our oldest being non-verbal. I’ll be able to give you an idea of how things run, where the snacks are, what they like to do and so on.
Couple of side notes, we do have Nanny Cams. We are a fragrance free home (no perfume, please). We’re also a Christian family. If you’re interested you must be comfortable with all the above.
