A little bit about us
My wife and I have 4 boys, aged 14, 12, 9, and 4.
Our 4 year old is very active and requires 1:1 attention which is hard for us to both give.
I (dad) work full-time - usually from home.
Mom is a stay at home mom and there's only so much attention that can be given to each child while maintaining the house etc.
We could use some help this summer (2026) in a part-time basis for our 4 year old.
Our 4 year old does ABA therapy 2-3 days a week to help with behavior challenges (stubbornness, etc.) and we expect that to continue through the summer. On the weekdays he does not have that (so maybe 2-3 days a week) we'd like some help where you are primarily focused on him.
Hanging out with him, taking him to the park, maybe to a trampoline park, ride scooters, take him to the pool (he's a great swimmer).
Maybe like 3-5 hours a day for 2-3 days a week is what we're thinking.
It's really important to have patience, a calm (but fun) demeanor with him.
He has a bit of a speech delay but he is improving each day. Very physically advanced but speech is working hard to catch up which makes for an interesting combo.
Great kid, just needs some dedicated attention which is hard for his mom and dad to give consistently.
Looking forward to seeing if you can help us out!

A little bit about us
We are new parents who have newborn twins. They were born 8 weeks early and have been home for 3 weeks now.
Our days are all over the place at the moment. No real schedule. Just taking it day by day, hour by hour.
My husband will be returning to work so we are looking for a nanny to help me out. I'm up most the night so someone who can manage both of them while I shower and rest, and do a little work from home.
At the moment, we are thinking 4hrs 3 times per week. Preferably 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The schedule may change though.
We have two golden retrievers so must be comfortable with high energy dogs.
Someone with experience with infants and multiples would be preferable. Non smoker and vaccinated (covid, tdap)
Responsibilities would include anything really that pertains to the babies. So attentive care, keeping them safe, clean, fed and happy (including tummy time), The babies laundry, washing their bottles.
If this sounds like a position you would be interested in and enjoy then we would love to meet you 😊.
