A little bit about us

We are a family currently living near the UMD campus in Duluth. Both my husband and I run our own businesses, and we are looking for a reliable, consistent caregiver to partner with us for the next year. We have a sweet, very observant toddler who loves exploring his environment at his own pace, plus two friendly male cats, Tobie and Oscar, who are very much a part of our household.

What We Are Looking For:
Consistency is incredibly important to us for this upcoming year. We are looking for a reliable, part-time nanny who can commit to our family through next summer. Because we want our son to build a strong, lasting attachment during our time here, we are seeking a career nanny, a former childcare professional, or an empty-nester who can offer an ironclad one-year commitment.

Days: 3 weekdays (we're flexible on the days)

Note: We are looking for a set, predictable-ish weekly schedule.

Responsibilities:
Engaging a bright, observant toddler in focused, hands-on play, reading, and outdoor exploration.
Following a predictable daily routine to give him a sense of security.
Preparing simple, healthy snacks and meals for him.
Ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.
Must be entirely comfortable working in a home with cats.
