A little bit about us

Hello!

My name is Morgan Hall, and my husband Jared and I are looking for a full-time nanny for my son, JJ, and our second baby boy, joining us in October 2026. I will be returning to teaching full-time at the end of January 2027 after my maternity leave, so my husband and I will need full-time care for the remainder of the school year (January 25th, 2027 - June 5th, 2027). My husband and I both work Monday-Friday: my hours are from 7:45-3:45, while my husband's hours are 8-5. There may be days when we need some flexibility with those hours (professional development days, breaks, schedule change, etc.), which will be communicated well in advance. We are flexible and comfortable dropping our kiddos off at someone's home, as well as having someone come to our house. Some responsibilities we are asking for include basic child care (feeding, diapering, safety, etc.), developmentally appropriate activities (crafts, outings, walks, etc.), and minor housekeeping tasks (putting away toys, cleaning up after the boys, etc.) if we have someone come to our home.

A little bit about us

Updated [phone number hidden]

We have two daughters, age 3 and 4. We are looking for someone to just do a random day/night every week or two as a side gig. We currently have both girls in school and have two very part-time nannys that aren't always available, so it'd be nice to have someone to contact as a primary or backup.

Our girls are very sweet and love to play dress-up, hang outside, do crafts / paint, and go on walks anywhere in the area. They thrive on attention and consider any nanny their new best friend.

We also have two wonderful cats and corgi dog who are pretty entertaining as well.

We would be fine with a summer nanny and also occasionally ask for a 24 hour overnight shift at an agreed upon rate.

Please dont hesitate to message me if you have any questions.

Thanks for looking!

Jeff & Ashley
