We are a private, professional family based in Austin seeking a warm, dedicated, and highly reliable live-in Nanny/Housekeeper. I am a CEO with a demanding schedule, raising two bright and energetic children (boy, age 4; girl, age 3). Our household values loyalty, discretion, and independence. We lead an active lifestyle that involves outdoor activities and technology.
The Role:
We are looking for someone who can seamlessly blend childcare with household management. We are seeking a proactive candidate who takes initiative and brings genuine care to our home. You will be an extension of the family, helping to create a stable, nurturing, and organized environment for the children while keeping the household running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Childcare: Engaging the children (ages 3 & 4) with educational play, outdoor activities, and maintaining their daily routines.
Housekeeping: Maintaining a tidy and organized home, doing family laundry, and performing general deep cleaning. We have professional cleaners ½ times a week for deep cleaning.
Meal Preparation: Preparing healthy, balanced family meals.
Pet Care: Must be comfortable with large dogs; we have a large, friendly Great Dane that is part of the family.
Requirements:
Discretion is Paramount: We are a security-conscious family. You must be willing to sign an NDA and respect strict privacy protocols.
Experience: Previous experience in a live-in role or managing a household independently is required.
Legal: Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
Driving: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
