A little bit about us

We are looking for a long term nanny for my 3 little boys (6yo, 3yo, 2 months) in Westport ct. Start date is flexible, hours would be mon-fri or tues-sat 7-7 but we’re open to some flexibility. Really we’re just looking for someone to be a team player and who is looking for a long term position. We are also open to hiring someone 12pm-7pm for the right person who wants more part time. Responsibilities would include childcare and some light housekeeping. For the full time candidate - the two older boys are in school most of the day, so a lot of time would be spent with just the baby. Ideally we want someone willing to live in but we are open to live out for the right person. I’m home with the kids so we really value a teamwork approach - the right person will be proactive in jumping in where they’re needed to support the children and family.
We live near the beach, have a private room and bathroom on a separate floor and offer use of car plus food and living expenses for live in.
We want someone who wants to be a nanny long term, help us raise our children and run our house, and has calm, sweet energy. We care a lot about the person taking care of our children feeling happy and well supported. Looking forward to meeting you!
