A little bit about us

We are seeking a warm, attentive nanny for our sweet 7-month-old baby. Mom works from home and breastfeeds on demand, so we need someone comfortable working alongside a parent in a shared space. Our home follows a Montessori and baby-led approach, emphasizing respectful caregiving, independence, and low stimulation. Our baby enjoys daily walks, outdoor time on our terrace, and gentle exploration on the floor and developmental playtime during wake windows. Responsibilities include loving infant care, age-appropriate play (no screens), supporting naps, and light baby-related tasks like bottles, laundry, and tidying during nap time. Ideal candidate: infant experience, gentle and reliable, familiar with or interested in Montessori caregiving, and comfortable with a work-from-home parent. excited to find a trusted caregiver for our child.
