A little bit about us

Looking for a nanny to care for our 2 children starting in August! A little bit about our family: mom is a PhD student. We are relocating from NC for her final year of school. She will be on internship full time, outside the home. Dad works remote. He will be home during the day but will be in his office most of the time. Our daughter is 2.5. She loves playing outside, dressing up, and reciting the alphabet. She previously attended daycare in NC so we would like someone who can give her some structure and educational activities during the day. Our son will be 4 months so ideally we would like someone who has experience with small babies. We also have 2 dogs and a cat but once they are used to you, they will spend most of the day sleeping. No care for them is required other than occasionally letting them outside. Responsibilities include keeping the kids active (they have tons of toys and games), preparing breakfast and lunch (we can buy whatever food you’d like to prepare), and cleaning up after the kids (our daughter will help with clean up).

We need a nanny for Mondays, Tuesdays, and (possibly) Fridays during the summer. Starting in November we will need a nanny Monday through Friday. We do have two dogs (a beagle and chihuahua) so the nanny will need to be comfortable around pets.
