A little bit about us

So I am urgently looking for a full time nanny/babysitter! I am a full time mom and I work full time as well, I have three kids who are 5, 3, and 1. My kids are girl, boy, boy, and they are Khyleigh Kyler and Zander! I am currently expecting my 4th child and my second baby girl who will be here August 1st, I am needing someone to watch my kids while I’m in the hospital and while I’m on maternity leave to help with small tasks around the house and just to tend to the kids when I’m with the baby, I’m willing to negotiate or talk price, I’m not gonna lie sometimes it’ll be hard for my husband, Justin and I to pay but I will let you know and you’ll will get compensated! I’m coming down to the wire and I really need the extra help as I basically clean, cook, tend to the kids, and work full time! My schedule is Monday through Friday with alternate weekends 7am-3:30pm and my husband he works part time and his hours range from 8pm to 6pm overnights, we could just really use a extra hand and would like someone who has experience in working with kids with Autism because my oldest child is diagnosed with it and sometimes can be a handful but super sweet, all my kids definitely keep you on your toes but amazing kiddos so if anyone can help or knows of someone just please message me or send me a text/call and we can further discuss everything! Come be apart of my family and grow with us together, I’d love to have you! Also my number is [phone number hidden] let’s talk!!!

Types of Nanny Jobs and Nanny Responsibilities in Missouri

Before you start looking for a nanny job, it's essential to learn about the different types of nannies and how they compare to each other so that you make sure you’re looking for the right opportunities.

The different types of nanny jobs have different nanny responsibilities. The boundaries for nannies duties vary from family to family. However, in general, a nanny is responsible for making sure the children's needs are met, including things like ensuring they have opportunities to play and be active. When tasks go beyond child care, for example, housekeeping or meal preparation, it’s good practice to make sure your expectations are aligned with the family.

There are temporary nanny jobs, even seasonal nanny jobs like summer nanny jobs. Beyond seasonal and temporary nanny positions, there are differences between full-time and part-time nanny jobs. The primary difference being the number of hours you spend at your nanny job every week. For full-time nannies, there are options for live in nanny positions and live-out positions in Missouri. Live-out positions are more common, but each family has their own set of needs that require different types of care, and live in nanny positions can be exactly what some families want. If you're looking to explore live in nanny positions, it's even more important to create a shared set of expectations around hours, responsibilities, and what is expected of you when you're not on the clock.

If you're exploring other types of jobs beyond nanny positions, consider looking into cleaning jobs, pet sitting jobs, luxury fashion jobs, or elder care jobs.
