Single WFH dad in Littleton, CO is looking for a reliable, warm, and energetic live-in nanny to join our household and care for my fun, outgoing 7-year-old daughter. She attends a local Christian school and loves sports, outdoor activities, arts & crafts, and staying busy. We also have a sweet Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who is part of the family.
Position Details:
Start date: May 26
32 guaranteed hours per week
School days: Morning routine + drive to school, afternoon pickup + after-school activities
Non-school days, snow days, sick days: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Live-in position
Compensation & Perks:
$22–$28 per hour
Private bedroom with private bathroom
All groceries and food in the house covered
Utilities, internet, and Wi-Fi included
Mileage/gas reimbursement (extra car available if needed)
Paid sick leave, vacation, and holidays
Key Responsibilities:
Morning and afternoon routines, driving, meals/snacks, homework support
Engaging play, sports, arts & crafts, outdoor time
Light child-related housekeeping (laundry, tidying, organizing toys/clothes)
Light help with the dog
Limited personal cell phone use during care hours
No posting photos or info about my daughter on social media without permission
We’re Looking For:
Experience with school-age children preferred
Safe, experienced driver with clean record
CPR/First Aid certified or willing to get
Energetic, patient, good communicator
Non-smoker who stays sober while on duty
Someone who respects boundaries and values a positive, respectful home environment

(Monday 1pm-5pm, Tuesday 1pm-4pm, Friday 1-4pm, and one date night a week on a Wednesday, Thursday, or Saturday) I am a teacher so these hours are based on what my schedule has looked like this school year, hopefully it will stay the same for 26-27 school year ! We would mainly require the care of our son, and to clean only what is used with him (i.e. not our household chores, but any toys on the floor or baby dishes in the sink). NO screen time as of right now, gentle parenting approach with natural consequences, and we do have a cat in the home. Being bilingual in the english and spanish language is preferred but not required, due to our desire to allow our son to continue learning english and spanish when we are not home!
