A little bit about us

We are looking for a dependable, warm, and proactive nanny/family assistant for our two young children (ages 4 and 2) in El Paso.

Schedule is primarily Mondays and Thursdays from approximately 7:30 AM–6:00 PM, with occasional additional hours possible.

Responsibilities include helping the children get ready in the morning, transporting them safely to and from preschool/activities, caring for them before and after school, planning age-appropriate activities, and preparing simple meals/snacks. While the children are at school, we would appreciate light household helper tasks such as children’s laundry, tidying play areas, unloading/loading the dishwasher, organizing children’s items, and light household pickup.

Our kids love imaginative play, reading, outdoor activities, playgrounds, trucks, animals, arts and crafts, music, and staying active. We are looking for someone who enjoys engaging with young children, encouraging learning through play, and helping maintain calm, consistent routines with patience and kindness.

Must have reliable transportation, childcare experience, and be very comfortable driving children. We are also looking for someone dependable, organized, proactive, a non-smoker, and comfortable around pets. Our family includes a German Shepherd and cats. Our dog can be cautious at first but is very sweet once she gets to know someone. We can crate her if needed, but ideally would love someone comfortable having her around the family.
