A little bit about us

Heading back to work soon, looking for full time child care, ideally a nanny share.

-need:
-experience with 3-6 months
-first aid/infant CPR cert - current
-reliable transportation

Ideal:
-Dec/Jan start time
-full time, M-F 830-430 or 5 ish
-lasting at least 3 months with potential to go longer if it’s an ideal situation
-generally gentle parenting/learning through play / interest in social and emotional development / into encouraging valuing racial and gender diversity, body positivity, anti-racism, etc.
-vaccinated
-experience and training in child development a plus
-fairly limited respiratory illness exposure, at least through these first winter months.
-likely looking at the ~$15/child/hr range with guaranteed hours for the nanny and sick leave

About us:
I’m a solo mom with what will be a 6 month old (four months adjusted) preemie baby. I work from home full time and may be able to host. I’m outdoorsy, like to write and garden, and enjoy books, puzzles, tv, and walks. I’m in Hayhurst/near Alpenrose.
