A little bit about me

Hi! My name is Nomi, and I am a caring, responsible, and patient babysitter with experience working with children of different ages. I work closely with young children and truly enjoy creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for them. I am reliable, attentive, and comfortable helping with daily routines such as meal preparation, playtime, diaper changes, bedtime routines, and light housekeeping related to the children. I love engaging kids in creative and educational activities while making sure they feel comfortable and cared for. Families would describe me as trustworthy, calm, and dependable, and I always aim to make both children and parents feel at ease.

"Nomi (Nomhle) took care of our kids for a year and was like a member of the family - she did an amazing job and our two girls miss her dearly. She was responsible for all aspects of care for our two girls, who are now 5 and 8 years old. She got them ready in the morning and put them to bed at night, which includes preparation of breakfast and dinner - she's a great and creative cook to boot! She drove both girls to two separate schools and picked them up at the end of their school day - she is a very safe and responsible driver. She always treated both our home and our SUV with real respect and care - always leaving them clean as well. Most importantly she dealt with our two girls (and our puppy!) with such kindness and fun - but also a little firmness when necessary. In short, we trusted Nomi with a lot of responsibility for the care of our children and we never regretted that decision!"

"Al worked as the sitter for our elementary school parent group during our in-person meetings. They would watch a large group of young children in our school gym for a couple hours once a month. They were very reliable, had a great attitude, and came with lots of ideas for games and projects. The kids had lots of fun and loved them! All the parents were happy with Al. I would definitely hire them again."

"Stephanie has always been an amazing person when it comes to children. My son absolutely loves her. They would go to the park, find something fun in the community to do, reading, homework, and she did make sure that any chores he needed to do was done before I got home. Any times that she was not watching my son he would always ask for her because she was 'the fun auntie'. If there are any worries or concerns before hiring her, they would soon be gone. She has training in being a caregiver, CPR, has worked with some special needs, and she was on top of everything as we learned about my son's seizure disorder. I would totally suggest Stephanie for a nanny."

A little bit about me

I am now a new mom to a beautiful baby girl Serenity. I understand the preciousness of your child more than ever. I am so grateful.
I'm the eldest of 7, coming from a big family gives me lots of patience, and provided me with a lot of free child care experience. I have spent the last 3+ years of being a professional caregiver for all ages and was most recently a preschool teacher, before that I took care of the elderly and people with special needs. I am youthful and able to keep up with the little ones this has helped a lot. I have always taken care of others as cheesy as that sounds I truly love helping. I also do light housekeeping and I can cooking I am firm believer that food is medicine so count on healthy meals for all. Me and my little girl Serenity would love to help your family! She will be with me as my sidekick in training. So count on socialization and a play mate as a bonus for your angel and mine! I have my food handlers card as well as CPR and first aid Certified!

Hi, my name is Autumn and I am 24 years old. I have been a server for about 5 years at a restaurant, Din Tai Fung. I have a Bachelors degree from PSU in Clinical Health Science and transferring over to a Masters of nursing either at OHSU or Linfield within the next year. I also have completed a CNA program. I have been babysitting children ages 0-14 since I was 12. I have two nephews, 11 and 5. I helped raise them both growing up as we lived in the same household and I have a passion for it. My nephew who is 5 years old was diagnosed with autism as well, which I have helped him with that when I can. I am educated in the necessary skills such as diaper changes, feeding, nap times, play time, fun outings, educating, moving our bodies etc. My schedule is flexible and would love to babysit/nanny when I can!

A little bit about me

Hello! My name is Cassidy. I am 32 years old and currently working as an executive leader in Portland. I’ve been wanting to get back into nannying on the side for a few years so I’m finally taking the plunge. I have a deep love for children and I’m passionate about creating fun enriching activities for the children in my care. While I’m currently in business, my end goal is to start a non profit for disadvantaged youth to keep them off the streets. I have cared for children from the ages of new born to 15 years old, with the most children I’ve taken care of at one time being 5. My Nanny style is engaged and creative- my favorite thing to do is create activities that keep the children’s minds engaged and curious. I am happy to help clean around the house, prepare healthy meals, fort building, treasure hunts with custom made maps, outings on fun adventures such as the zoo or park, tutoring or homework help, and running errands for the family. Safety and enrichment are my top priorities.

A little bit about me

I bring 10+ years of youth care and enrichment experience, including leadership and direct support in Outdoor School, summer camps, Boys & Girls Clubs, YMCA afterschool programs, public schools, youth arts, and Special Education settings.

I focus on individualized, strengths-based care—especially for children with autism and other neurodivergent needs—using observation, consistency, and empathy to support each child’s growth. I believe learning and development are most meaningful when guided by a child’s interests, curiosity, and pace.

Fun and play are also at the core of my work with kids! I love to act silly, play characters, sing songs, act out scenes, read aloud in character voices, and anything else that helps to positively engage.

I aim to be a steady, positive male role model, creating a safe, encouraging environment where kids feel seen, respected, and empowered to be themselves.
