A little bit about me

My name is Ashley Wibbing, I am 20 years old, and I live in St. Augustine, Florida. I have never been a nanny, but I have experience with babysitting and teaching. During the 2017-18 school year, I was a volunteer tutor to young immigrant kids, ages 6-12. I fell absolutely in love with it. In fact, I am going to back to college in the Fall, with the pursuit and honor of becoming an English Teacher. I would like to become a nanny because I have found a passion for teaching and taking care of children. I understand that your babies, no matter how old they are, will always be your babies. I look at my mom today and she gives me and my brother a glare that says, “you will always be my baby.” The things that make me special, I don’t like to brag, are I am patient, fun, trustworthy, and I’m always there. Whenever there is an emergency, I’m there. I am formerly CPR certified in the process of getting that updated. I can also prepare meals (you just tell me what you normally eat), clean, change diapers, feed, take care of pets, and I have my own transportation. I am a quiet person, but my shyness has worn off over the years. I’ll open up as we get to know each other, for this may be something new for the both of us. My interests are reading, painting, singing, teaching and taking care of children, and I’ve played golf since I was in high school. My availability is Monday through Saturday. That includes mornings, afternoon, and nights, all depending on what you are comfortable with. I don’t work on Sundays because I go to church in Jacksonville and I am an active member. But, if anything comes up, let me know and we can work it out. I know that I have never been a nanny, some people don’t like to hear that when they’re looking for one. But, I can assure you that with patience, kindness, and your fun-loving kids, I can become not only the best nanny I can be, but a better person overall. The reason wouldn’t be because of me, it would mostly be because of you and your family.
