A little bit about me

My whole life has been revolved around children. When I was in my twenties I started keeping children, and I learned that there is nothing better than watching a child grow and form into a little person with an opinion and a mind that that could go anywhere that child wants it to go. Spending time and instilling goodness in children is what I was made for. Children take to me very naturally. As a matter of fact, I have not met a friend with children yet that their children do not call me in Aunt Angie. I love that because when a child takes a nanny and renames her to an aunt, well that is very special. Because it means that I'm good enough to be family. And family and friends and children and loved ones are everything. Not only am I good nanny but also a wonderful caregiver. I took care of both of my grandmothers. Taking care of my grandmother's and being there when they took their last breath was such a humbling experience for me. It taught me that life and death or seamless. It also taught me to love the ones that are here while you can because once that last breath is gone, it's gone forever. If I had to choose between being a nanny for children or a caregiver to my grandmother's I would probably have to choose the children. I love to listen to children and hear their thoughts, it is amazing. I love to hear their struggles and be able to talk with him about how to handle those struggles in a healthy way. I have dealt with anger issues from children that have lost a parent. That is difficult, but with love and understanding you get through it day by day. There are so many things I've been through with children and grandmothers and sisters I could go on forever. My true love is for people. I love people unconditionally and that goes for children teenagers adults and the elderly. It is complete gratification to know that I can instill goodness in someone or someone else's child. Being a caregiver and a caretaker is my calling. And I am good at it.
