A little bit about me

Hi there! I’m a 21 yr old student from Ireland. I’m in Boston for the summer and am looking for job taking care of children. I am an out-going, friendly, active girl who enjoys playing sport, reading, going to music gigs and swimming.
I have many years experience of taking care of kids. For one summer I was a leader in an Irish speaking summer camp. For 8 weeks I took care of 12 young adolescents from the ages 13-15. I lived with the young adolescents and made sure their mental and physical well being was perfect for the time we spent at the Gaeltacht. I encouraged the kids to be out-going and to speak Irish and made sure they were happy and healthy at all time.
I also worked at a GAA summer camp for a summer. In this job I took care of children from the ages 6-10. I taught them how to play Camogie and Gaelic football, Irish sport.
I have many years babysitting and nannying children. Being a full time child minder for a family with two daughters ages 8 and 12 . Which I loved.

A little bit about me

Hello there! With over a decade of experience caring for children aged 2 to 15, I bring a wealth of expertise to the table. My journey in childcare has been diverse, ranging from roles as a babysitter, daycare assistant, PCIT assistant, to serving as a clinical research assistant at Emory University’s Child and Adolescent Mood program and a behavioral technician at the Marcus Autism Center. Currently, I'm excited to embark on a new chapter as an incoming graduate student in the School Psychology program at Northeastern University. Seeking additional financial support, I am eager to extend my nurturing care to families while pursuing my academic aspirations. My strong communication and interpersonal skills ensure a positive and supportive environment for children under my care. Should you require further assurance, I am more than happy to provide letters of recommendation. Trust me to care for your little ones with dedication, professionalism, and a genuine passion for their well-being!
