The ideal candidate will be patient, dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing the highest level of care. The young woman has a regular routine, is very low maintenance, and is easy to care for. Her parent is a working executive seeking the best possible caregiver in the area - someone trustworthy, kind, and attentive.
Primary responsibilities include providing general sitting and supervision, maintaining her daily routine, offering companionship, assisting with basic needs as appropriate, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment, and communicating with the parent as needed throughout the day.
Prior caregiving, nannying, or special needs experience is preferred but not required for the right person. A warm personality, strong sense of responsibility, and genuine care for others are essential.
