We are seeking a dependable professional who takes initiative in supporting our children’s emotional growth and development by actively planning engaging activities and outings. As working parents, we rely on our nanny to help keep our household running smoothly.
Childcare responsibilities will include preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children and managing all standard child-related care. Additionally, we require assistance with light household duties to keep things organized, including daily tidying (especially after the children), loading and unloading the dishwasher, and washing, drying, and folding the family’s laundry. You will find the house today similarly when you arrive.
Applicants must have 2–5 years of proven professional experience with employer references (no friends or family). A clean driving record and a safe, reliable car are required for school pick-ups and drop-offs and activities; mileage will be reimbursed at the standard IRS rate.
This position offers an average of 30–40 hours per week, with guaranteed minimum hours even during family vacations. You will be legally paid on payroll (W-2) and receive paid time off (PTO). We are looking for someone committed to a long-term role of two or more years and are unable to accommodate a nanny bringing their own child to our home.
Thank you, we look forward to connecting with you!
