A little bit about us

Hi 👋 Our son Tony is 5 years old and chalked full of energy and curiosity. He enjoys playing with his truck, cooking with dad and doing arts and crafts with mom. Tony is an easy going guy but, like any 5 year old has his moments of frustrations . While we think he is perfect just the way he is, he is for the most part non-verbal and communicates with a pec system or actions which makes caring for him different. He is an incredibly smart kid as well as very self sufficient, and even with his delay he is a very easy kid to care for. We really could go on and on about him. As for us, we are both in the hospitality industry and are very busy. We as a family are very easy going but do stress the importance of communication and loving our child like we do. This role would start August 6th as a full time(5 days a week with a guarantee of Mondays off ) role until the school year starts. We would then pair back to after school care. We look forward to speaking/meeting with you in the future

Nanny Needed For Nanny Share - Two Children in Winthrop/East Boston

Seeking a nanny for a nanny share near Winthrop/East Boston for a 5 month old infant boy and 9 month old infant girl starting in September. Both babies are very happy, interactive, and love to play and explore new things. Our ideal sitter is patient, confident and comfortable around multiple infants, and up for some silly, fun playtime.

The care would take place at either of the families’ homes - one in Winthrop and the other in the Orient Heights area of East Boston. Both homes have adequate space in the playroom, kitchen, and nursery, as well as lovely walking routes to nearby parks and beaches!

We are initially looking for coverage 7:30am-4:00pm Mondays-Fridays, with care for just one infant on Fridays. Some of those days, at least one parent will be working from home on a separate floor as well. During the summer months, a lighter schedule would be anticipated. If you are interested in also babysitting on the occasional date night, we can do that too!

Hourly rate is $17-22. Job includes sick time and accrued vacation hours. At this time, we are prioritizing applicants who are fully vaccinated against Covid-19. Influenza and pertussis vaccinations must also be up to date. While having a car is not required, it would certainly be helpful - both families have free parking available at their homes.
Looking forward to meeting you!
