A little bit about us
My wife and I are looking for a long-term nanny for our three children.
We have three girls, ages 3, 1, and 1 month. Our oldest goes to school 5 days a week and our middle child goes to school 3 days a week, each from 8:30-2:30. We currently have help for the newborn and in-laws living with us, so there's flexibility and additional support.
Our current nanny - who has been with us for 3 years - got an unexpected coaching job offer and she is moving on to do that. We'd love to establish a new relationship with a child caregiver who would be open to staying on long-term as well.
Our ideal candidate is:
- Warm
- Loves children
- Values and is engaged in early childhood education
- Background in education is a strong positive, but not required
We are very flexible with most things. This can be live-in or live-out.
Thanks!

Schedule for rest of January, February and beginning of March is a few hours Tuesday afternoons and Friday evenings. In March hours will increase. Can be flexible with scheduling as my job is per diem. We would love to find someone that can work with the limited hours for the time being. Starting August 4th we are looking for more full time care
