The most important part about being a nanny...
I think what matters the most about being a nanny would be patience, kindness and respect! Just because you are watching a child, does not mean that don’t feel the same emotions as you do! Teaching someone how to comprehend and communicate through their feelings is extremely important, as well as effective communication to any conflict can bring a respectful resolution!
