My favourite nanny moment was when I babysat a 6-month-old baby girl. After having interacted with her through book talks, storytelling, and picture-reading, she spoke for the first time when she was only 12 months old, as she recalled the name of one of the characters in the picture-reading story that I did with her. I was very proud of her development.
