"Communication is the key and our was great. She a woman of her words. I never had to worry about my children with her. Her house was very CLEAN and they had food and snacks at her house. There price was reasonable. At that time my children was in the 3rd and 5th grade. They still ask about her to this day. My family loves arts and crafts and we actually have a separate room that is half crafts and half homeschool stuff for my 4-year-old. We have a huge backyard and front yard. There is also a park within walking distance of our home.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Becoming like family to my families and their children is so important to me. I never look at nannying and tie it to the money. I like to make an impact on our babies and to be the nurturing person that I am. I understand how hard it is to leave your babies and have to go to work. I have been blessed to be home with my girls and not have them in daycare where oftentimes people just don't care and just clock in and clock out this is why it was so important to me to homeschool my girls so they get the attention they need.
My experience with special needs children...
My 4-year-old is a special needs child. She is in perfect health she was born 13 weeks early. She has a developmental/speech delay and has mild cerebral palsy. I wouldn't have her any other way!
The most important part about being a nanny...
Pool time has always been a favorite of mine. Arts and craft time is also my absolute favorite. I have always loved to see little ones express themselves through art!
