My name is Mitshella but everyone calls me Chella and the littles call me Lala.
I am a trained Medical Assistant and Newborn Care Specialist , as well as BLS certified. I am also trained in Pediatric Nutrition, Sensory Integration, SIDS Prevention, Safe Sleep, and Car Seat Safety. I am currently training to also be certified as a Pediatric Sleep Specialist and Postpartum Doula. I have been a Nanny and House Manager for over 20 years, caring for children as young as 2 days old. My focus is completely on your child's development such as, meeting milestones, developing fine and gross motor skills, starting solids, sleep training, potty training, and understanding their feelings (to reduce tantrums later). My goal is to set your child up with the best tools, catered to their individual personality, to have a head start on their educational journey and emotional maturity. I love to engage in age-appropriate activities including; tummy time, starting solids, sleep training, reading daily, trips to the library, sign language, arts and crafts, creating science experiments, DIY obstacle courses and forts, and of course, singing anything Disney. I love to spend time outdoors year round, because it’s rare that the weather is too bad to go out. Instead I like to think of it as always needing to be prepared.
