Oh, I have some great memories of volunteering for field trips in high school and middle school! It was such a blast being able to help out and spend time with the kids outside of the classroom. Whether it was exploring a museum, going on nature hikes, or visiting local attractions, seeing their excitement and curiosity made it all worthwhile. It was such a rewarding experience to be a part of their learning journey and create lasting memories together.

My experience with special needs children...
I graduated high school in 2022 with the help of special education! classes. I was in special education classes starting 3rd grade and ending well of course when I graduated. I was always they'd say the "caretaker" when the teacher would have to leave the classroom. I worked with classmates ages between 14-17 that had ptsd, anger
management, Down syndrome, adhd< which I am diagnosed as well. Considering through out the years either taking care of the behavior, watching the behavior or even just seeing how the teacher would approach the situation.

The most important part about being a nanny...
We ended up going to Crumble Cookies. Two girls ages 11yr and 6yr. As soon as we bought the cookies we ran out to my car. It was also around 8pm, of course dark out. We turned on my 2 lights inside the car and started digging in these cookies like no other. Well if it’s dark you and you have your two little lights on in your car, you’re going to really stand out haha. Let’s just say we started BAWLING once I pointed out how probably crazy we looked while people were driving past or going into Crumble!
