A little bit about me…Hello! My name is Ryan (she/her) and I LOVE children and working with families to fit their needs as a nanny. I have experience in watching children for the past 7 years and have worked as a pre-school teacher in a daycare for several months in the past. Relevant experience where I also cared for children were…I have experience as a Pre-School teacher at a day care taking care of children ranging from 2-10 years old.
Activities I enjoy doing with children…I love teaching children the power and energy the outdoors can bring. Exercise and playing outside is my favorite activity to do with children.
The most important part about being a nanny…The most important part about being a nanny is the impact I have on a families life. When a family builds a relationship with me to help raise their children it is so special to build to bond with them. The children’s well being will always be number one most important in my book, but when there is a good bond with the family that is very important to me as well.
My experience with special needs children…I have worked with a few different children who have autism and currently babysit for an autistic boy.
My favorite nanny moment…My favorite moments while nannying and care taking are probably when I take a second to look at the joy children have in general and the growth I see in kids that I have taken care of for years.
