I have found a daycare but may need a nanny 3 days a week to pick up the baby & watch the baby for 3-5 hours. We have two very unique 19 month old girls. I am starting a new nursing position where I work nights and will need to sleep during the day. I will work only 3 shifts each week and there is potential these shifts will occasionally land on the weekend.
