Part-Time Nanny Job: The Kent Family with 2 Children
We're looking for a kind, loving nanny to care for our two children for the next 3–4 months. The schedule would be:
Monday–Thursday: 12:30-5p
Friday: 8:30a-5p
Pay: $30/hour
We homeschool our 7-year-old daughter and 4-year-old son in the mornings, and we both work in the afternoons. We're looking for someone who is patient, nurturing, and gentle, while also being confident in setting kind, consistent boundaries.
Our kids thrive with lots of outdoor play, exploration, and time in nature. They're active, curious, and full of energy, so it's important that their nanny is physically able to keep up and enjoys spending time outside.
We're looking for one-on-one care only, so we're not considering nanny shares or situations where other children would be cared for during our children's time. We live in the Browns Valley area of Napa.
We're dependable, respectful, and punctual employers, and we're hoping to find someone who values those same qualities. Ideally, we'd love someone who can start within the next 1–3 weeks.

I have a work dinner this evening that I need childcare for and then we will be doing vineyard tours all day on the second and the third. We would need care for dinner is on the second and the third and potentially 4 July as well. Miles is an incredibly happy 15 month old boy.
