A little bit about us

Looking for part time nanny & mom’s helper, likely switching over to full time eventually for a newborn (due date end of May/ early June) with possibility of some hours prior to baby’s arrival.

Mom is dealing with a fracture pre-birth of baby so will need more help with baby and mother physically at the start. (Lifting the baby to bring to mom, etc.)

Help needed organizing nursery, grocery shopping, overall infant care including baby’s laundry, bottle cleaning, possibly bottle feeding, diapering, etc., light house work, running errands. We also have a 14-pound senior dog, who is very friendly, who we will need help taking out for walks, etc.

Approximately 20 hours x week to start 4-5 days a week during M-F, hours flexible but somewhere within the 9am to 4pm time frame. Will likely transition to full time after first 3 months.

Ideally, you would also be available for a few hours here and there on the weekends
occasionally as well.

We would prefer someone who is local on the West Side, so you are close, reliable, and have an easy commute.

A little bit about us

We are looking for an occasional caring and experienced nanny for our daughter, Amelie. She is a sweet and adorable child with special needs, specifically mosaic Down syndrome (on the mildest spectrum). She is a seven-year-old joyful and curious child who thrives in a supportive and patient environment. While she may need some additional guidance with certain tasks, she is highly capable and enjoys engaging activities like reading, arts and crafts, and outdoor play. She doesn’t really speak but knows some sign language. We’re seeking someone who has experience or a willingness to learn about her unique needs and who will foster her growth and independence with kindness and understanding. Let me know if you’d like to add more specific details!

A little bit about us

Hi there! We are a family with two smart and super fun girls, ages 2 and 4, and we are two full-time working parents. We’re looking to work with a nanny full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:15 AM - 4:15 PM. We have a little flexibility on schedule and may appreciate some flexibility as well.

Responsibilities including arriving at 8:15 AM, getting the girls up and fed and ready for school, and walking 2 blocks to drop off the 4-year-old at preschool, 9-1:30. Then it’s a fun activity with the 2-year-old like a park trip. Come back and give her a little solo play time while prepping for lunch and maybe throwing in some laundry. Have lunch (occasionally we may all have lunch as a family), and then head back to preschool for end of day meeting around 1:30. School pick up, a little snack / side yard play time, and come back home for the 2-year-old’s nap. Have a little 1:1 relaxy time with the 4-year-old and head out for the day!
