Details of the job:
During the summer, the expectation would be that you would provide care from 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM. This would include preparing Breakfast, Lunch and possibly Dinner (for my son only). When summer is over and the school year starts, the expectation would then shift to getting him ready in the morning and then dropping him off at school. Once school is over, picking him up and caring for him until 6:30 PM. There would be no expectation of you staying at the home when my son is in school. As long as he is dropped off and picked up on time. There is also no expectation of your up-keeping the home, with the understanding that you are cleaning up after yourself at all times and my son when you are watching him.
Details of the Live-In Situation:
You will be provided your own room and bathroom in Lake of the Pines Community located in Auburn. Lake of the Pines offers many fantastic amenities including a clubhouse, access to the lake, golfing, amazing scenic views and so much more. You would also have access to a 2 car garage (1 space would be occupied by my vehicle). Free internet. You also would not be responsible for utilities with the understanding that you are conserving things like water, gas and electricity to the best of your ability. Guests are welcome as long as I'm made aware of it prior to any visits. No Parties. You provide your own food.
Compensation:
In addition to the free room, bathroom and utilities, you will be paid $400 a month that will be paid on the 1st of each month..
Please contact me if you think you would be a good match or if you have any further questions.
