Schedule: Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri from 2:30pm to 5pm and Wed from 1:00pm to 4pm (so 13 hours/week). Flexibility to help mom and dad out occasionally for date nights or the like is a plus, and you would receive extra rates for that.
The work would be extremely light, as our son will be working with a therapist at home most of these hours. We'd like the babysitter to pitch in a bit here and there, but the workload would overall still be very light.
Must also be comfortable around animals, since we have a few friendly puppies, a kitten, etc.
Knowledge of Spanish and/or Russian preferred, but that's not a deal breaker.
